At the association’s regularly held meetings, topics such as the current market situation, regulatory developments and their implementation, as well as funding and project opportunities are discussed. Kläger SPC has been a member of the association for more than 15 years.
TecPart e.V. is the industry association for manufacturers of technical plastic products and represents their interests in politics and the public sphere. Its members are specialized companies in plastics processing and compounding, primarily producing for the automotive, electrical, mechanical engineering, and medical technology sectors.
A particular highlight of the event was the guided plant tour at Kläger SPC, which provided exciting insights into production processes and operational workflows.

The keynote contributions addressed key regulatory and market-related developments. Among other topics, participants discussed the impact of new European regulations in the areas of circular economy and electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), which are increasingly reshaping the market. Current sustainability requirements related to microplastics were also a focus, particularly new reporting obligations and regulatory measures such as the planned “zero pellet loss” regulation.
The presentations were complemented by insights into current market data for the core markets of plastics processors and recyclers, highlighting the economic framework conditions of the industry.
Once again, the event demonstrated the importance of professional exchange and networking within the industry.
